We are continuing to grow both organically and through acquisitions and are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Leader who understands how to lead General Managers, drive financial performance, integrate new locations, and build scalable Operations across a large portfolio.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple locations for a growing Home Services organization.

This position will have responsibility for Operations, financial performance, leadership development, and continued growth across the region. The ideal candidate brings significant multi-location leadership experience and a strong track record of improving operational and financial performance.

Travel throughout the region is expected.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of progressive Operations leadership experience
• 5+ years of direct P&L ownership or significant multi-unit financial responsibility
• Experience leading $50mm+ in annual revenue
• Multi-location or multi-branch Operations leadership
• Residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services experience
• Experience leading and developing General Managers or Branch Managers
• Strong understanding of revenue, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs
• Experience driving operational improvement across multiple locations
• Experience implementing standardized processes and operating procedures
• Ability to travel approximately 50-70%

• Acquisition and post-acquisition integration experience
• Experience leading $100mm+ regional portfolios
