Overview
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Transportation Operations will report directly to the SVP of Transportation and is responsible for the growth and profitability of the Dedicated Transportation Division. You will take the organization's strategies and translate them in a manner that enables the operations teams to understand, buy in, and be motivated by our direction along with working cross functionally with Human Resources and Transportation Operations to recruit, onboard and develop our future workforce and leadership pipeline.
Job Summary:
The Regional Vice-President (RVP) administers, operates and develops their area of the business to meet NFI and employee expectations as outlined in the company business, and marketing plans. The position is a healthy mix of strategy and operations, leaning more towards strategy activities and leadership/development of the team. The RVP has the responsibility for setting the direction and achieving key metrics within the business area. This position requires superior business acumen, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to implement new solutions and lean/continuous improvement programs. A key focus of this role will be to direct and coach department leaders to accomplish the goals of NFI along with ensuring the embodiment of NFI's Purpose, Vision, and Values in their day-to-day activities.

Other:
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $173,916.60 - $231,888.80. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 40%. NFI takes into consideration applicants" qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
