Position: Regional VP (General Manager)
Monogram Health is seeking a seasoned and experienced operations and P&L leader. The Regional VP will be accountable for the overall operational performance in their region with a focus on growth through patient engagement, profitability, and exceeding operational and clinical KPIs goals. This individual should have a proven track record as a business leader in a multi-market practice or home-based model, and experience leading and developing a large team of executives.
The General Manager will function as the COO of the Region President, for their respective region, and be responsible for executing multi-market level strategies to meet and exceed company KPIs. They will coach, train and mentor market leadership and partner with areas outside of operations in a highly matrixed environment (e.g. Client Partnerships, Strategy, Med Economics, Finance and PMO). Partnering with the Regional Medical Executive, the General Manager will ensure that their teams are driving clinical outcomes and adhering to the company's model of care and clinical standards for patient care. The ideal candidate has a sense of personal accountability for delivering both individual and team results and will effectively foster a work culture that focuses on Monogram's mission and values.
