Our growing team is seeking a Regional Vice President, Sales to focus in region that may include: Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey or New York. Candidates are required to reside in one of those states.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding Altitude’s footprint within the banking and credit union sectors, and managing key client relationships. This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven leader with a proven ability to sell complex professional services or Design/Build solutions to C-suite stakeholders.

The specific responsibilities include:

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Drive new business growth within banks and credit unions across assigned territories.
  • Consistently schedule and conduct on average 2–3 new prospect meetings per week.
  • Attend and represent Altitude at 3–6 industry conferences annually, including out-of-state events – will strategize with David Welsh on where and when.
  • Travel on average 2–3 nights per week for prospect meetings, client visits, and relationship-building activities.
  • Track and submit travel mileage and expenses for accounting compliance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients and prospects brought into Altitude.
  • Ensure high satisfaction by delivering on all commitments and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular onsite visits, lunches, dinners, and activities (including golf or similar client entertainment).

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with Altitude’s Head of Sales, Marketing, and Market Intelligence teams to support go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and market strategies.
  • Provide consistent feedback and market insights to internal teams to support product positioning and strategic planning.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of selling complex professional services, consulting solutions, or Design/Build projects to executive-level buyers (C-suite, board members, senior decision makers).
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale relationship support.
  • Demonstrated success in territory-based sales, including consistent travel and onsite client engagement.
  • Experience representing a company at industry conferences, networking events, and executive forums.
  • Strong ability to build long-term relationships, particularly in trust-driven, relationship-based industries.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, project delivery teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management, forecasting, and documentation.
  • Experience selling into the financial services sector, particularly community banks or credit unions.
  • Background selling high-value, long-cycle solutions (e.g., design/build, construction services, strategy consulting, enterprise-level B2B services).
  • Established network within the banking or credit union market.
  • History of consistently achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets of $5M–$10M+.
  • Prior leadership experience including mentoring, guiding, or collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of how to convey value through ROI, operational efficiency, experience enhancement, or market differentiation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and executive presence.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with disciplined follow-through on meetings, outreach, and documentation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial industry trends, operational challenges, and client pain points.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and fast-paced, high-touch client interactions, including frequent travel regionally/nationally as required by project locations.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle; possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
