Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed targets within the Houston region.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through in-depth market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
Recruit sales agents, particularly among real estate professionals, through presentations at real estate agency offices.
Conduct precise measurements for replacement windows at client sites to ensure accurate installations.
Oversee the receipt and management of produced goods in the warehouse, maintaining the organization and integrity of inventory.
Manage and coordinate the activities of foremen and workmen to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fenestration or construction industry.

Compensation:
A base salary of $30,000 per year, augmented by commission, with the potential to earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually.
