Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   A Registered Nurse (RN) - Quality Lead II who excels in this role: Maintains regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes. Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals. Preferred applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school (master's degree preferred).   Non-RN applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in related field (master's degree preferred).   Two (2) years' experience in quality management, patient safety, or regulatory activities.
