Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals. Preferred applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school (master's degree preferred).   Non-RN applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in related field (master's degree preferred).   Two (2) years' experience in quality management, patient safety, or regulatory activities.
