What Youll Do- Lead projects from concept through construction- Prepare & seal drawings for permitting- Work on public facilities, industrial plants, and large-scale projects- Collaborate with P.E.s and consultants- Meet clients, present ideas, and conduct site visits- Mentor junior staff
What Were Looking For- Active RA license in Georgia (NCARB Certificate preferred)- 510 years of professional experience- Strong design+ technical skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe)- Solid knowledge of codes (IBC, ADA, zoning)- Great communicator and team player
Nice to Have- Experience with public or industrial projects- LEED AP or other sustainability credentials- Bilingual (English + Korean)
