Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Bachelors degree in Psychology (or equivalent coursework/degree)
- CertificationsRequirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential; CPR/AED certification (First Aid preferred)
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of ABA experience; experience providing 1:1 pediatric behavioral support and behavior tracking/data collection to support BCBA programming
- OtherRequirements: School-based experience or comfort working in school environments and collaborating with teachers/support staff; strong rapport-building and one-on-one client-centered care; crisis intervention and de-escalation skills; patience and adaptability for working with a wide range of ages/behaviors; reliable transportation and ability to commute (candidate preference ~15 miles/day total); ability to follow behavior intervention plans and document behavior data accurately and on time; willingness to work with developmental disabilities in classroom/community settings; maintain a positive, teamwork-focused mindset

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA behavioral therapy and support to students in a school setting (Days/School environment).
- Implement behavior intervention strategies as outlined by BCBA/clinical staff, using positive reinforcement and structured routines.
- Collect, record, and document accurate behavior data and student progress throughout each school day.
- Support classroom and school activities (including transitions) to help students succeed and stay engaged.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support consistent care and adjustment of strategies as needed.
