• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in Behavior Analysis is preferred
• Certifications Requirements:
  • Active RBT License through the BACB
  • CPR certification (current and valid)
  • First Aid certification (preferred)
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a behavioral or educational setting
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Experience implementing behavioral intervention plans
• Other Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a school environment, strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and the ability to lift or assist students as needed
