We are looking for an afternoon therapist who speaks spanish Duties:- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change- Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments

Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting- RBT Certification a plus

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
