Registered Behavior Technician (BCBA track)
$24–$26/hour · Part-time · In-home
Join a growing ABA practice as an early team member, with a real voice in shaping how we care for children and families — and the culture we build together.
You'll work closely with experienced BCBAs and clinical advisors who provide genuine mentorship, regular feedback, and hands-on support. You'll have room to grow, but you won't be left to figure things out alone.

What you'll do:
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes according to individualized treatment plans
Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities
Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA
Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families
Compensation & Growth:
$24–$26 per hour, based on experience
