Receive great experience, ongoing training, and applicable certifications in a rapidly growing field. We are a non-profit organization operating center-based ABA services in a school-like setting. Extensive paid training is provided and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with clients (Applied Behavior Analysis) Accurately facilitate and document client programming Attend and actively participate in ongoing trainings and staff meetings Implement client behavior support plans in accordance with the direction of BCBA Objectively summarize individual client performance in session notes Maintain clean and organized therapy/work environment Carry out feedback and direction given by supervisors/BCBA Additional goals, duties and responsibilities will be added based on performance Qualifications: College degree desired Motivated to learn the principles of ABA Must possess or be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 90 days of employment Ability to take initiative in work setting Proficiency in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Good attendance / Reliable Enjoy working with children with special needs Reliable Transportation / Willingness to drive Strong Communication Skills Monday-Friday availability Must pass criminal background checks Physical Requirements:Performs repetitive motions of arms and wrists, bend, stoop, lift 45+lbs, crawl, run, walk (long distances), sit and stand (sustained long periods of time) Benefits: Paid training resulting in an RBT Credential Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Advancement Opportunities Regular Reviews and opportunities for pay increase Paid time off Paid holidays off Guaranteed 40 Hours (Paid same rate for billable and non-billable time) RBT positions available In Center or Adult Community.
