Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are seeking certiied RBT technicians/ABA Therapists who have at least 2-3
years hands-on experience in the ield.
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
- Implement programs written by the case supervisor
- Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
- Complete case documentation
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- protocols.
- Eectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client
- progress as instructed by the Board Certiied Behavior Analyst.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays from 4:30pm- 6:30pm and Saturdays for 3 hours in the morning between the hours of 11am-4pm.
- Job Location: Dix Hills, NY, in-person, A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
