About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services as a Registered Behavior Technician in Piscataway, NJ! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Schedule:   Monday - Friday     4:30p - 8:30p (20 hours a week).  ***Must be FEMALE RBT***


Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.
  • Collaborate with families to reinforce therapy techniques and strategies at home.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children during therapy sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
  • Document session notes and report any significant changes in behavior or progress.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families to promote engagement and trust.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with ASD or in a behavioral health setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow detailed treatment plans.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development in ABA therapy.
