Registered Behavior Technician - IDD - California

Required Skills:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and documentation protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish-language proficiency
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- CPR and First Aid certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as an RBT or in a similar behavioral support role is a plus
- Prior experience working with diverse populations and in clinical settings
Other Requirements:
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation if travel is required
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with all licensing and certification standards
- Ability to commit to scheduled shifts starting from 05/11/2026
