What Youll Do:
As an RBT, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data meticulously, and work closely with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care. Your role is vital in empowering individuals with IDD to reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Required Skills:
- Valid RBT certification or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with individuals with IDD or similar populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and guidelines
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others
- Reliable with excellent time management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in home or clinic-based settings
- Knowledge of Behavior Analyst tools and interventions
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse communities
- Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous experience as an RBT or in a related behavioral health role
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within assigned service areas
- Willing to commit to full-time hours, with availability to start on 05/04/2026
- Background check and clear TB screening required before employment
