Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Monitor and document client progress, ensuring data collection is accurate and timely.
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community.
  • Assist in the development of social skills and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client success.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
  • Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours.
