 Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.


Responsibilities 
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, or community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA and follow treatment protocols with fidelity
  • Collect detailed data on client behavior and skill acquisition during sessions
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and behavior records
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and other staff to support client goals and treatment consistency
  • Attend team meetings and supervision sessions with BCBAs as required
Qualifications
  • RBT Certification: Must hold and maintain current RBT credentials through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. 
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; some employers prefer coursework or a degree in psychology, education, or related fields. 
  • Experience: Prior experience with individuals with autism or in ABA therapy is often preferred, but training may be provided. 
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to follow detailed plans and data-collection protocols
    • Comfortable working collaboratively within a care team
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or community settings is required
