Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are seeking certified RBT technicians/ABA Therapists who have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the field.
● Provide direct client care in homes, schools and/or center in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
● Implement programs written by the case supervisor
● Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
● Complete case documentation
● Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
● Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction
protocols.
● Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client
progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Schedule: Primarily after-school and weekends. There is also the opportunity to work at our center in Plainview.
Job Location: Nassau/Suffolk County, in-person, A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
