    Your Role as a RBT

    • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
    • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to support skill development and independence.
    • Collect and record accurate data on patient progress.
    • Assist with caregiver training and family education.
    • Collaborate with supervising clinicians to ensure quality care delivery.
    • Maintain compliance with NC licensure and RBT certification standards.

    Qualifications

    • Current RBT certification (required).
    • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
    • At least 2 years prior work experience as an ABA
    • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to patient-centered care.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ability to work independently to meet BCBA/QBA patient set KPIs
