Role Description The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data on client progress, and supporting skill acquisition across areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living. The RBT will provide direct one-on-one services in clinic, home, school, or community settings, following established protocols and safety procedures. The role also involves participating in team meetings, communicating observations to supervisors and caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The RBT is expected to uphold ethical guidelines and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.\n
