Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.
