Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff
- Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Support individualized treatment goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license for the state of Washington (required)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an RBT (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must pass a criminal background and abuse registry check
- Strong commitment to working within a collaborative, student-centered environment
