What You’ll Do
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to school-aged children in-home or in-school
Collect data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition programs
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs who provide ongoing training and oversight
Maintain client dignity, family trust, and ethical standards in every session
Work flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours (our clients are school-aged)
What You Need
Active RBT certification (Required)
Minimum 18 months RBT experience (Required)
Reliable transportation to in-home and/or school-based client locations
Ability to pass a Level II background check
A heart for service, not just a checklist
Experience with children 6 years+ on the autism spectrum is a plus
