What You'll Do

• Provide one on one ABA therapy services to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Promote positive behaviors and support client progress toward treatment goals
• Collect and document session data using a mobile application
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and care teams
• Encourage growth, independence, and meaningful developmental milestones

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some College Education/Credits preferred but not required
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and data collection
• Basic life support certification required
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping children succeed
