We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our vibrant team! In this creative and exciting role, you'll work directly with children with autism, implementing innovative treatment plans to enhance their quality of life.
We make a difference daily through applied behavioral therapy, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs), and collecting data to track our clients' progress.

Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and adjust care plans.
Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
Utilize behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors constructively.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members, including therapists and family members, to ensure cohesive care delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to behavioral therapy.
Qualifications
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions.
Previous experience in behavioral therapy or a related field is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations is mandatory.
