What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
- Collect and record session data accurately (Rethink) within 24 hours
- Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress
- Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RBT certification (In good standing)
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
