Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) North Atlanta Area (Alpharetta, Duluth)

Position Overview

Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism across home, school, and center-based settings in North Atlanta and surrounding areas (Alpharetta, Duluth).

This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule.

As an RBT, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
• Collect and record session data
• Attend team meetings and supervision
• Communicate with families and caregivers
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements

• Active RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation
• Previous ABA experience preferred

Work Location

In-person throughout Alpharetta, Duluth, and surrounding North Atlanta areas
