RBT / Behavior Technician – Full-Time, Mon–Fri Days, Clinic-Based | Paid Training
Location: Shavano Park Center

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in our clinic
- Implement treatment plans designed by your BCBA, who supervises and coaches you on site
- Collect session data and share progress with families
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in a related field is a plus)
- Experience with kids is preferred but not required. Teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation
- Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors
- Spanish is a plus
