PURPOSE

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. The RBT will collect data on individual programs, assist with parent and staff training, and assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with clinical assessments. RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA.
