ASAP ABA is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across North San Diego County.

About the Role

In this role, you will work directly with clients in home and community-based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills that create lasting independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record accurate session data and notes
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with BCBAs and participate in ongoing supervision
• Maintain professionalism with clients, families, and team members

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow clinical direction and accept feedback
• RBT certification
