Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Howard Intervention Center. In this role, you will provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help clients build skills, achieve goals, and improve independence.


Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  
  
• Collect accurate and consistent data during therapy sessions
  
  
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies to teach communication, play, social, and life skills
  
  
• Manage and reduce challenging behaviors using behavior intervention plans
  
  
• Maintain timely and professional session notes and documentation
  
  
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and staff to support client progress
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Training provided
  
  
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
  
  
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  
  
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Highly organized and dependable
  
  
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
