HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.
This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.
Position Highlights:
Full-time and part-time schedules available
Outpatient pediatric clinic setting
No in-home services
Monday–Friday schedule
Availability needed through 6:00 PM
$21–$26/hour, based on experience
On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates
Supportive clinical leadership and team collaboration

Responsibilities:Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic
settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting
Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and document behavioral data
Support communication, skill development, and daily living goals
Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child
development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys

Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school
national equivalent and have reliable transportation.
