The Registered Behavioral Health (BH) Outpatient Intern provides culturally competent, ethical, and compassionate behavioral health services to individuals, families, and couples in an outpatient setting. This role is essential in supporting patients with diverse backgrounds and mental health and substance use needs, helping them achieve emotional wellness and improved quality of life. Education
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
License/Registration
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern OR Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern
Work Experience and Additional Information
One (1) to two (2) years relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting, inclusive of 1,000 hours supervised clinical practicum and internship requirement for Master's degree.
Experience with CBT, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration required, along with work across diverse, high-risk populations; bilingual capability and experience with perinatal, veteran, and trauma focused care are beneficial.
