Step-By-Step Therapeutic Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress in a timely manner
• Deliver discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other ABA-based interventions
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Follow all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in accordance with BACB requirements

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor with a client-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Step-By-Step Therapeutic Services is a trusted provider of behavioral health and therapeutic services in the Washington, DC area, dedicated to empowering children and families.  We are looking for a part-time RBT that would work at  at one of our DC locations for our social skills groups  from 2-6pm Mon-Fri and summers 9-4. At Step-By-Step, every team member plays a vital role in changing lives — one step at a time.
