    Description

    Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a leading private wealth advisory firm recognized by Forbes to help them find a Registered Client Service Associate in Little Rock, AR. This is a new role due to growth and offers a detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial planning to join the team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients.

    Duties will include:

    • Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries and supporting financial advisors
    • Assist in preparing financial plans
    • Facilitate fund transfers, execute trades, and process transactions efficiently
    • Organize client meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and updating Salesforce
    • Ensure accurate completion and submission of new business paperwork, including compliance and tracking
    • Address account inquiries and escalate issues to financial advisors when necessary
    • Adhere to compliance standards and maintain confidentiality
    • Provide general administrative support, including handling calls, processing expense reports, and document management

    Ideal candidate will possess:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a finance-related discipline
    • 3+ years related experience
    • Series 7 licensed required
    • Series 66 license required (or Series 63 and Series 65 in lieu of Series 66)
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
