We are a friendly, patient-focused periodontal specialty practice seeking a dependable, motivated, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and professional environment.


Responsibilities


  • Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
  • Take dental radiographs and intraoral photographs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
  • Manage inventory and order clinical supplies as needed
  • Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient
Qualifications


  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience in periodontics or oral surgery is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
