Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs and intraoral photographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
- Manage inventory and order clinical supplies as needed
- Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in periodontics or oral surgery is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
