What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients warmly and help them feel at ease 
  
  
• Build genuine relationships and guide patients through their visits with clarity and care
  
  
• Help patients understand their treatment in a way that feels comfortable and supportive
  
  
• Use your RDAEF skills to provide high-quality, efficient care while keeping the experience smooth and positive
  
  
• Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the day flowing with ease
  
  
• Prepare rooms and instruments thoughtfully so everything runs seamlessly
  
  
• Support a team environment where everyone helps each other and communicates openly
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RDAEF license
  
  
• Around 5+ years of dental experience, with confidence in your clinical skills
  
  
• Someone who is kind, dependable, and team-oriented
  
  
• A natural communicator who enjoys educating and connecting with patients
  
  
• Comfortable with technology (Dentrix, CEREC, digital workflow)
  
  
• Takes initiative, stays organized, and brings a positive attitude each day
  
  
• Current BLS/CPR certification
