Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical operations to ensure an efficient workflow
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for treatment
- Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
- Manage inventory and clinical supplies
- Support and mentor team members as needed
- Deliver exceptional patient care and help create a positive patient experience
- Assist with scheduling and communication between clinical and administrative teams
Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Leadership or Lead Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to exceptional patient care
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
