Registered Dental Assistant

Dr. Patrick C. Creevan, D.D.S., Inc. is a well-respected and established pediatric dental office in Livermore, CA. We have a fun, patient-focused, and professional team; and are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who will complement our practice.

We are searching for a Registered Dental Assistant that will be involved in all aspects of the patient experience. If you are a CA licensed RDA, highly organized, dependable, flexible and interested in long term employment potential, then this is the place for you.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting dentist in all aspects of chairside patient care
• Assisting in hospital setting treatment
• Digital Charting
• Taking X-rays
• Coronal Polishing
• Oral Hygiene Instruction for patients and parents
• Sterilization
• Patient Set-up and Clean-up
• Office Supply Management
• Basic Office Upkeep

Qualifications:

• Current CA RDA License, Coronal Polishing License, X-Ray Certificate & CPR Certificate
• Team player with an outgoing and patient personality, who enjoys working with children
• Organized, self-motivated, responsible, and attentive
• Capable of multi-tasking and thinking outside the box when necessary
• Ability to communicate clearly and put people at ease; making families feel like welcome guests at our office
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Internet etc.)
• At least two years dental office experience (Preferred, but not required)
• Working knowledge of Eaglesoft computer program (Preferred, but not required)

Must be available 3-4 days a week (schedule may vary), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
