About the Role:Ricafort Dental PLLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, TN! Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, operatories, and dental equipment following infection control protocols
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist
- Record patient medical histories, treatment notes, and updates in the dental practice management system
- Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and answer clinical questions
- Assist with lab work, impressions, and fabrication of temporary restorations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant clinical environment
Requirements:- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience with dental radiography and infection control procedures
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
