Kali Smiles Kids is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly team! In this role, you’ll support our dentists, help our office run smoothly, and make every patient feel comfortable and cared for. If you love working with children and enjoy creating positive experiences, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and orthodontic adjustments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene
- Provide excellent care and support to pediatric patients
- Perform other duties as needed to help the team
What We’re Looking For
- Current and active CA RDA license
- Experience in pediatric dentistry
- Energetic, positive, and friendly personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine love for working with children
