We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/OA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. 

Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position Monday -Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
  • Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Order and manage dental supplies, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support administrative duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients
  • Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RDA or OA license and certification in CPR and other relevant dental certifications as required by law.
  • Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
