Image Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and organized Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible.
Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Alternative Work Schedule (4/10 Schedule) 7:30am - 6:30pm - 4 Days Per Week & 1 Saturday Per Month

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and adjustments
- Take, develop, and process dental X-rays
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Support overall clinical efficiency and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Coronal polishing certification
- Orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
