We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a positive and patient attitude, and a passion for pediatric dentistry. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and adjustments
- Take, develop, and process dental X-rays
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Support overall clinical efficiency
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Coronal polishing certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
