Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 2 years of experience in a Dental office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
- Take digital X-rays and impressions.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide a reassuring experience for children.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Effective Clinical Note taking, Eaglesoft and Oryx Dental Software Used.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in One Office.
- X-ray certification (as required by state).
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred.
- Prior front office or dental reception a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Friendly, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Tues, Wed, Friday. 8:30-5:00pm.
- 32 Hrs. a Week.
