Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Experienced Dental Assistant – San Diego, CA
Our private dental practice in the Tierrasanta area of San Diego is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused team! We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Schedule
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor with four-handed dentistry procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
- Perform RDA duties (if licensed)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take dental radiographs as permitted
- Ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to provide outstanding care
Requirements
- Active California RDA license preferred, or experienced Dental Assistant
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and patient-focused
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
