Registered Dental Assistant

 We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant with experience in assisting with temporary crowns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to support our dentists in delivering high-quality restorative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during procedures, particularly with temporary crown placement, adjustments, and cementation.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Take and record dental impressions and assist in crown fabrication as needed.
• Educate and provide patients with post-procedure care instructions for temporary crowns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure operatory rooms are prepared and equipped for various dental procedures.
• Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient follow-ups, and inventory management, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Proven experience assisting with temporary crowns and restorative procedures.
• Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and sterilization techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment.
• CPR certification preferred.
