Our dental office is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Valid Texas RDA license REQUIRED
- 1-3+ years of experience in general dentistry REQUIRED
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
- Knowledge of specialty procedures, including oral surgery, endodontics, implants, and orthodontics, is a plus
- Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, Radiology, N2O, and EFDA
Responsibilities Include
- Chairside assisting during general dental procedures
- Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown
- Assisting with treatment flow and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and records
- Helping ensure smooth daily operations and schedule efficiency
- Delivering a positive, comfortable patient experience
