Wilmington Family Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in a full-time position.

We are looking for someone with current dental assisting experience who is confident in a clinical setting, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an RDA who is:

• Currently registered/licensed in Massachusetts
• Experienced and comfortable working chairside
• Confident assisting with a variety of dental procedures
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Warm and compassionate with patients
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable working in a busy dental practice
• A team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care

Current dental assisting experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who can step into the role, work confidently with the doctor and team, and contribute from day one.
