Our dental clinic expansion is nearing completion and Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is building a stronger, larger dental team to serve our growing community. We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us as we open the doors to our newly expanded space.

What Youll Do:
• Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and professionalism • Provide exceptional chairside support and patient care • Take and process dental radiographs • Support nitrous oxide monitoring and preventive procedures • Maintain sterilization and infection control standards • Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
You wont just assist - youll play an essential role in improving oral health in our community.
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred • On-the-job training available to obtain RDA licensure - experience required • Current CPR Certification • Nitrous Oxide certification class exam with passing grade • Prophy certification class exam with passing grade • X-ray certification class exam with passing grade • Previous dental assisting experience preferred • Minimum of two professional references from previous employer • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
